* We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all sets that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Policy conditions and requirements

1.Product quality issues

Steps:Email our Customer Service → Upload your product picture/video and describe the problem → Customer Service confirms → Choose your solution

Solution: After the issue is confirmed, Customer Service will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

2.Unsatisfactory products

Steps: Email our Customer Service → Explain the reason → Customer Service confirms → Ship your product back → Customer Service confirms item returned → Refund

Solution: After we receive and inspect the item, Customer Service will issue you a refund.

Notice: You shall bear all shipping costs, including the initial shipping cost to send you the item.

3.Wrong item

Steps:Email our Customer Service → Upload your product picture/video and describe the problem → Customer Service confirms → Choose your solution

Solution: After the issue is confirmed, Customer Service will send you the correct item or issue a full refund.

4.Size problem

Steps:Email our Customer Service → Upload your product picture/video and describe the problem → Customer Service confirms → Choose your solution plan

Solution plan: *The size does not match what you ordered.Customer Service will send you the correct size or issue a full refund; *The size matches what you ordered, but it does not fit. you can contact us and apply for a return or exchange. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

The size of each item may have an inaccuracy of about 2cm/1 inch due to hand measurements.

5.Color problem

The precise color of each item may vary depending on your computer screen settings, the background, and the lighting conditions. Slight mismatches between the color of your item, and the color shown on your computer screen may not mean that the item is the wrong color. However, if you feel that you have received an item that is the wrong color, you can follow the same procedure described in section 2.

6.Items not received

(1)Delivery on the way:

* Parcel seized by customs: It is buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .

* Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local courier company(such as DHL/USPS) to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us untill the parcel is delivered successfully.

(2)Unsuccessful delivery:

* We advise you to contact your local courier company(such as DHL/USPS) to check it for you. We cannot be held accountable for any problems caused by the carrier.

* If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused. Please double check the address before placing your order.

(3)Package Lost:

* Please contact the courier company to investigate this issue, we will not be responsible for lost packages. Of course, we will provide all the necessary help to solve your problem.

(4)Delivered but not received

* All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.

Return/Exchange Announcement

1.Due to hygiene reasons and the law, unless the items are visibly defective, we cannot offer refunds and exchangs for items that have already been used.

2.Please contact us no later than 30 days after you have received your order.

3.Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process. We will only arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4.Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. 

5.COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

6.Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Policy Exclusions

Goods are not covered by our 30-day return or refund policy if:

A. The product serial number and product was not distributed by Here Boutique.

B. Personalized, special items.

C. Goods that have been used.

D. Goods have been worn and damaged, stretched or contaminated.

E. Goods were damaged or worn out by improper use.

F. Goods are returned without included accessories.

G. Goods are stored or exposed to extreme environments;

H. Unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, alteration or improper installation;

I. Partial goods of a complete sets are be returned;

J. The claim is made more than 30 days after you received the goods.

Orders Cancelling

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.

1.If contact us within 2 hours after you finish the payment, you can cancel the order for free.

2.If contact us within 8 hours after you finish the payment, 5% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.

3.If contact us after 8 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.

4.Orders can't be canceled once the parcels are dispatched or the items are being customized.
